The Bad People Book 1 The Bad People Book 2 The Bad People Book 3 The Bad People: The Salisbury Squirrel Gang Little Vikings NEW: Yule by Mimir's Well Coming Soon: School of Skald |
I think it's necessary to say a few words about the trilogy, The Bad People. It is not enough merely to say that these books were written to entertain, when it will be obvious that they express support for a particular political view -- a view which, in this climate, will be considered by many to be controversial and inflammatory, and by others to be a call to arms. Let me be very clear about this: The books are not meant to be a call to arms. If they are a call to anything, they are a call to duty. Duty is dialogue, education, and political support for the courageous women and men who have paid a heavy price for saying resolutely: I BELIEVE THE WHITE RACE IS WORTHY OF PRESERVATION, AND I DON'T FEEL THE NEED TO JUSTIFY THAT TO THOSE WHO WISH TO SEE US EXTINCT. Saying that isn't a crime -- yet -- though there is a price to pay for uttering these (or similar) words aloud. The political views expressed in these books are mine. My politics are that of a White Separatist, but the specific acts carried out in the trilogy are not meant to be a model, and certainly I would not want to see them used in that way. That is not what I'd consider to be a recipe for success. I want to be clear about that, because the books will engage some readers on an emotional level, as I intended them to do. I want readers to be emotionally engaged, even outraged, by what they read. But I also hope for that to translate into something positive. We have no shortage of martyrs, some lost after much deliberation and forethought, and some lost to impulsive acts of undirected rage. The operative word here is LOST. People can debate the significance of the contributions the martyrs have made, but one thing is certain, and that's that they are no longer here to contribute in meaningful, tangible ways. Some who have read The Turner Diaries were inspired that way. They viewed it, to varying degrees, as a model, or a call to arms. But anyone who has read or listened to Dr. William Pierce's views would understand he didn't mean for his book to be used in that way. At least, not at this time; and I would argue, perhaps not at all. I believe that Dr. Pierce was one of the greatest men the White race has ever produced, but when I read Turner, it was obvious to me that anyone following that model would meet with disaster, and very quickly. Now, I'm not an intellectual, or really even all that smart, so I know that Dr. Pierce would have realized that, just as I did. The Bad People was written to entertain, as well as to project a certain political view, to enlighten, and to evoke anger. But I also want to make it clear that not everything in the story is expressing my own point of view. There are many fictional characters in the books, and some act in ways that run contrary to my own views. That's why it is fiction, not an autobiography or a political speech. Without the differeing points of view expressed by a variety of characters, this would be a one-dimensional, dull, perhaps even preachy story. So enjoy it, be angered by it, but let it stand for something positive and beneficial to the White race. Tim Redman ![]() |
